The entrepreneurship promoted by the knowledge´ spillover is one of the most vigorous phenomena for regional social and economic development. To validate this premise, the article investigates the set of externalities generated by technological entrepreneurship resulting from the overflow of knowledge in Entrepreneurial and Innovative Ecosystems in the light of the foundations of the Knowledge Spillover Theory of Entrepreneurship - KSTE. To this end, a qualitative and exploratory research was applied. Data collection occurred through an experience survey, which included twenty stakeholders linked to the Porto Digital Technology Park. At least twelve externalities were identified and related to the entrepreneurial and innovative activities developed at Porto Digital. These activities were recognized as resulting from the knowledge spillovers that occur in Porto Digital, whose mission involves stimulating and promoting the development of the surrounding region. The externalities identified refer to economic and social aspects with the capacity to generate wealth and improve the quality of life of the population. The results of the research can support the local Public Administration in the formulation of public policies and the establishment of a public agenda to support entrepreneurship, innovation, and regional economic development.
