The method is diagnostic analysis of agrarian systems to characterize the types of production systems and identify the most relevant factors in its transformations and interrelations. The data were collected from July to October 2009 with the producers and rural workers. We have identified two regions. Predominant farming systems of permanent, such as cacao and coffee production on a smaller scale in the region of high altitude. Plains are the creation units, dairy and beef.
