EVALUATION OF ACTIONS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROFESSIONAL IN THE NASF FOR QUALITY OF LIFE IN WOMEN'S HEALTH IN THE PHASES OF CLIMATERIC, MENOPAUSE AND POST-MENOPAUSE

Aging and the menopausal transition may negatively impact women's Quality of Life in Health. The Family Health Support Nucleus (NASF) is an important subterfuge to support and intensify the actions of the Family Health Teams (ESF) in the service network aiming to increase the resolution of situations / problems and the quality of Primary Care. The promotion of physical activities is part of these strategies, and the Physical Educator is the professional qualified to plan and execute these actions. This study evaluated the actions of the Physical Educator in the modeling of health services in the NASF for Quality of Life in Health of women in the phases of climacteric, menopause and postmenopause in the municipality of Mineiros - GO. The method applied was descriptive and exploratory in nature and had two approaches: qualitative through a semi-structured interview with the five NASF professionals and quantitative with a group of 108 women, divided into two subgroups: a group with 54 women who practice physical activity and the other one with 54 women who do not practice physical activity, both over the age of 45 and enrolled in UBS D. Florinda in the city of Mineiros - GO. The result showed that the health service model, through the NASF, in this specific study and in the specific action, contributed to the actions of the Physical Education professional in the NASF for the Health Quality of Life of women in the stage of ovarian aging .Downloads
