The collection was through a questionnaire with Likert scale probes dichotomous and five points. Based on the answers of 102 respondents, the findings suggest broad acceptance and use of the CSC tool. For the implementation of the CSCs responders is important to enable the optimization of resources, processes, among other benefits.
