Mediation as a public service to local government in contemporary relational societies

Abstract

This paper presents the synergistic strengths and building citizenship that provides mediation in local government in today's society relational, transactional, complex and exclusógena of our day, from a cross-sectional analysis of the social context and its actors. It addresses the specific social mediation as an intervention, exhaustively analyzing the theoretical, normative and methodological guides the mediation process at the local level.
